so, my dashboard is saying "1 day until next period", but it is actually today, and when I click on the tile in the dashboard the calendar accurately reflects today's date as the start. It seems like the tile should say "0 days" since the calendar has it starting today. Am I missing something?

just an update - the rest of my dashboard updated overnight, but this tile did not. It was still stuck on "1 day". So, I closed the app (on Windows) and reopened it. Now it is accurate. The tile must have froze.

Welcome on board @jaclin! I'm glad to hear that your tile was updated after force quitting the app, nice way to go!
I also think it might have been frozen. If this inconvenience happens again, try the following:

I'm having same problem! Nothing seems to work! I've tried all steps except the overnight part. I'm hoping mine will reset itself tonight!

Same problem here I think. Period started 2 days ago, I have entered this into the app but it is still telling me my period starts in 5 days!

Thanks for stopping by @Bonnie16 @MiniEmma and for trying the suggestions I provided.
Can you both tap a different day, and then view Fitbit Today again? The app should update and correctly show Period.
If this doesn't work, please send me a screen shot showing what you're getting on your calendar so I can go from there.
Looking forward to your response!

@MarreFitbit I sent you screenshots of what is happening with female tracking for me. Also, I tried your suggestion about clicking different day and that didn't work for me. Still shows 3 days until period when I've already started and actually only have 1 more day until my period is over.

@MarreFitbit @MiniEmma @jaclin
Good News! My Fitbit app for Women's Health part updated itself! I just finished my period yesterday. As I said, my dashboard showed 5 days behind (In other words, 5 days until my period, when I had already started.)! This morning when I looked at/synced my fitbit it showed days until fertile window.
Thank you @MarreFitbit for your help and assistance in this matter!

@MarreFitbit @Bonnie16 no such luck for me! I've just received a notification that my period is due in 2 days when it's actually finished now.

@MiniEmma Hang in there! My last day for my period was yesterday. And, if I remember correctly the app was still showing 1 day until period. Then this morning when I woke up it reset itself, evidently. So the app may fix itself for you in two days! Let's hope so!

@MiniEmma Hey! Thanks for following up on this issue.
If you could, please confirm for me that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app. We released iOS and Android updates this week and it would be great if you could confirm this is still happening on the latest version. Also, as @Bonnie16 has suggested let me know what the app tells you in 2 days when it has predicted for your period to start.
Really appreciate your help!

@MiniEmma @AlessFitbit my women's health period tracking in app didn't update until after my period was over. So hang in there!

Thanks for sharing this update @Bonnie16. I'm glad to hear that this was solved after the update. Let's keep an eye on your Female Health tile.
Are you still having this inconvenience my friend @MiniEmma? Can you share with us (if you can also share screen shots) how your app looks like?
Looking forward to your response!

Hello @MarreFitbit! My female health tile is messing up again! My period started 3 days early again! I added new period today, and it made my period 10 days instead of five and my days now say 8 days until next period. I tried to drag and change and it would not let me.
