My resting heart rate is lower (in the 50s when I’m sleeping) and has gone into the upper 40s during the week of my period and it freaks me out some. I may be a bit of a hypochondriac lol Does anyone else notice this? It did not always go so low this is fairly new (2 months). Maybe premenopausal?
