It seems to for me so I'm careful to limit my intake.

It does for me @HamiAndersonWoman Sad You don't have any idea how much I love coffee and it makes me sad that this gets worse my PMS.

My best recommendation to your question/inquiry is to consult your doctor. Try to know your body with a specialist on this area, see and understand what your body needs and the changes it goes through. As you may know, every body is different.

Caffeine intake and PMS may be associated anecdotally and statistically, as fatigue and depression are common symptoms of PMS.

Are you both experiencing symptoms during your PMS when drinking coffee @HamiAnderson @Alicat2104

@MarreFitbit when I have too much coffee the cramps are much worse so I try to limit to one coffee a day.  PMS is not an issue for me, I take 1000mg of Starflower oil each day and it relieves all symptoms.

Nice @Alicat2104! I think that the effect that caffeine has on me is that I feel irritated all the time. Smiley Sad But this happens during my PMS, I can't stop drinking coffee (hahaha I love it) so I drink enough water after drinking my cup of coffee so my mood doesn't get worse.

I don't experience any symptoms. Just wanted to know if people had any.

@HamiAnderson I didn't know I had any symptoms until I stopped having coffee and they went away... 🙂
