Editing Period not letting slide the start date over the following week

Hello,

I am using the period tracker, and am trying to update the start date. I know you just need to press and slide the start date over and save the results, but the app isn't allowing me to slide past saturday and into the following week (being on different lines on my app). How do I move the start date if the slide function isn't working?

Hi @L-Michelle nice to see you here, welcome. 🙂

Sorry for the delayed response. Thank you for the steps that you've tried to update your period on the Female Health tile. This is not an expected behavior, we might have to try some troubleshooting steps to determine what is happening with this option.

  1. Make sure Fitbit app is up to date
  2. Log out and then force quit the Fitbit app for a moment
  3. Then try again using the steps here: How do I add, edit, or delete a period in the Fitbit app?

If this doesn't work, please keep me posted.

Thank you for your reply. However, as it turns out, a bit more
flexibility on my end was all that was needed - if you continue to drag the
curser left to right (as I did), no dice. You are stuck.

HOWEVER you can (once you reach the 'end of the line' of the week) drag the
curser DOWN and then readjust from there.

thanks again for the follow up,

Laina
