Female Health tile is still showing up after I have removed it

First - For those of us who do not track our periods, hormones, had a hysterectomy or are menopausal, provide us an option to OPT out of this feature.

I fully understand the need for it and know it will be very useful once the kinks are worked out. (read most of the conversations posted.)

Note: I did set it up, but did not see an opt out feature, which I thought there might have been. This would be a GREAT enhancement.

Secondly, I remove the tile each time I log into the app on my phone. My behavior is to log in/log out of the app, I do not stay logged on. Each time I remove it, each time I log back in, it appears. By providing an Opt out feature, it will not appear when I log in/out. Leaving myself logged into the app on my phone is not the answer, as previously provided to me on a submission I made. I took that feedback as you did not want to recognize there was an issue with the tile removal on the Android phones. If one removes a tile, no matter what it is, it should remain hidden and not reappear each time they log into the app.  This needs to be fixed as well.
