Female health freezes and app closes

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I started to track my cycles in June and added some previous cycle data.  In July the app would freeze and I would get an error that Fit but has stopped any time I tried to add a new cycle.  Finally I adjusted my personal settings was able to track data, but then a my previous saved data was gone.  Just decided to leave what I just tracked and move on.  Then I went to track again for August and my data was once again gone for July and I cannot track my cycles.  Every time I try to track the app closes.  What is the point of this tile if it would t work.  I am not sure where to go with this issue.

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @JAMaharg, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community.

We apologize for the inconvenience you're having tracking your information.Thank you for reporting that you're experiencing the Fitbit app freezing when accessing the Female health tile. I have this issue not only with Fitbit but with other apps on my tablet. What I do is the following to make them work as a workaround:

  • Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings.
  • Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list.
  • Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app.
  • Finish the workaround by restarting your phone one more time.
  • When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.

You can also go to Google Play services permissions and allow it to use the phone storage, as it has worked for others users too.

See you later and hope this helps.
