Female health not syncing on the watch

I’ve noticed that the female health/period tracker isn’t updating/syncing, though most other items are updating on my Versa (steps, etc. are fine; clockface can update fine). Is there something special I need to do to get that one to sync/update on my Versa?

If anyone else comes across this problem, I solved it (at least temporarily) by doing a reset on my Versa.

Thanks for stopping by on the Female health board. First thing I would do is check that you are running the latest version of the Fitbit app. Update if you aren't on the latest version!

 

If that doesn't help, please let me know if the information is syncing in the app and isn't transferring over to reflect on the watch. That sounds like what you're experiencing but would like for you to confirm.

Yes, I confirmed I’m using latest app. 

 

Correct: the female health information is not syncing in the watch (but is current in the app). But the problem is only with this data. Everything else is syncing correctly. Thanks for any ideas and help you can provide!

i have the same issue. I am using the latest version of the app and everything else is syncing except female health. I have tried the reset and resync but that has not solved the issue.
