Female health tracking data doesn't save in my Charge2.

I entered my period cycle and symptoms in my Charge2 female health tracking section.  I have done this several times.  It saves it short term, but when I go in the next month to enter more data, the information previously entered is gone.  This is frustrating.  Can anyone help figure out what the problem is? Thanks.

Hello @AGROSS4271  since the Charge 2 does not have a female tracking section, this is found in the Fitbit app, may I ask which device is the app on? Or do you do this through the website?

Female health tracking has nothing to do with the Charge 2, so I'm moving this post to the Female Health Board.
