Female tracker not opening and crashing app on iOS

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have an iPhone and have had my Fitbit for about a week. Yesterday I used the female tracking app to log in some basic symptoms and it worked fine. Today when I hit the tile the whole app freezes until I force quit it. I'm able to hit all other tiles.

Everything it updated.

I turned off Bluetooth, restarted my phone and waited two minutes.

I deleted the app.

Then I deleted the app with a combination of restarting phone and turning off blue tooth.

Nothing is working. Please help!

Welcome on board @AaliSH, it's nice to see you around the forums! Thanks for already taking the time to troubleshoot this on your own, nice way to go!

Please make sure you are updated to the latest app version - 2.80 for iOS. If you are, let's try the following:

  • Log out from your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
