Good day, the Menstrual Health tracker is no longer saving symptoms.
What I do:
1. click Menstrual Health
2. go to a day and the + button to add details
3. select e.g. "ovulation test positive"
4. click save (which automatically returns you to the overview of menstrual health)
6. here I see there are no details saved (if they are saved a dot appears under the date)
This occurs when selecting today's date or any other day. It is possible to change the start/end date of my period. It is just the symptoms/details not saving. Also trying to remove something, like a symptom, doesn't work. NOTHING can be changed.
I have tried the following:
1. quit app and try again
2. force quit app and try again
3. restart phone
4. step 2 and then restart phone before trying again
5. emptying cache and trying again
5. removing the app, reinstalling from Playstore and trying again.
The last step makes it possible to add/change 1 detail, but right after saving it, nothing new can be changed or added. So I would have to reinstall the whole app for every change I wanted to make.
Please solve this issue! I am trying to conceive and because of my age every month counts.
