The 'Female' Health title for tracking menstrual cycle tracking is exclusionary of members of the LGBTQIA+ community, particularly those who are Trans+ and Non-Binary+.

I would rather have (a) the title of Menstrual Health, with user controlled tracking and adjustment, and (b) the option to turn it off even as a female user.

I identify as Feminine Non-Binary (Demi-femme) and do not have internal organs that coincide with menstrual health tracking. I know of several other users who would also be appreciative of the ability to chose whether or not to have this feature as an option outside of their selected gender assigned to their device. Further more I believe a non-binary option as a gender would be an ideal, so that the options to eliminate certain tracking could be implemented.

If a binary structure must be in place and linked to menstrual cycles then perhaps an option on with or without menstrual tracking on devices and eliminate the correlation of gender to the tracking of this bodily function.

@ZöeSinger   I am moving your post to the Female Health Tracking forum because I believe it is a better fit for you to share your ideas.  The forum you chose is targeted towards Charge 3 device problems.
