I’ve asked about this in November, 2020. I was informed that this cannot be done and is not under consideration. My discussion thread was then moved (buried) in a previous Menstrual Health discussion and locked. So discussion closed. Post-menopausal women, as well as men who wish to remove said tile are out of luck. Apparently, it’s never gonna happen. End of discussion.

You can’t remove it from the fit bit but you can remove it from the app where you would see it. Just click edit in the upper right corner in the app and then scroll down to where the menstrual section and simply click the “x” now you will no longer see or be tracking your menstrual cycle.
