Hello, when I swipe up on my charge 4 one of the data pieces is the menstrual cycle day. I have deleted the tile off of the app homepage but wish to delete it off the tracker as well. Is there a way I can do this?

Try this:
on phone app from Today screen,
Profile Pic > SETTINGS: Account Settings > Delete Data > Menstrual Health Tracking

When I do that there’s no option to delete it just reroutes me back to the menstrual calendar. Thank you for the help

After one year of the same problem where Fitbit support couldn't help me at all I finally figured out the problem: most likely you have input in the past some value in the menstrual tile in your app. Open the menstrual calendar, go back in time and you should fine one or more input data, delete them, sync your C4 and then the tile should disappear (you might need to reboot it actually).
