Log my period but my tile is still showing the Prediction

Good Morning. Although I have modified my log to show my proper start date, and noted my flow, the main tile still shows 2 days til my period start date. Suggestions on how to fix this? ItsI not a deal breaker, by any means, but I find it rather annoying. TIA

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @MiaLia! I'm glad to see that you're using the Female Health tile to log your information. Heart

 

I think the app might be frozen. So, I'd recommend trying the following:

 

  • Always make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date (iOSAndroid)
  • Please delete your period log
  • Turn off the predictions option in your Settings
  • Force quit the app
  • Log your period log again
  • Turn on the predictions again

I've checked mine since I have a similar scenario than yours, so I log my period to see if this was recognized by the App but it was working fine. I'm using an Android phone.

If the issue persists, would you mind to send me screen shots of what you can see there since this is not an expected behavior of the Fitbit App.
