Logging a Period does absolutely nothing to your daily readiness

I'm on day 1 of my period, woken up in the middle of the night with debilitating cramps with four hours of sleep and this fitbit told me my daily readiness is at 90 with a cardio load at 45. That's the highest I've ever received. But, hey, I still went to the gym, I still worked out and pushed myself harder than ever. It barely logged my effort, it had trouble tracking my heart rate. I logged my period and my daily readiness and cardio load were exactly the same.

This app is created by men. Any woman knows the first day of their period, energy levels are LOW. I am exhausted and fatigued, I even logged that for my period and nothing changed. This whole app works around the energy levels of men with no accounting of women's hormone functions. I am so disappointed by it all. I've been using the fitbit for about a month and this completely altered my opinion on it. I will not support a misogynist fitness tracker that only considers men's readiness on a day to day basis. I'm filled with a feminist rage - can you tell it's day 1 of my period??
