Lost menstrual health data

I have the charge 6 and have lost access to my menstrual health data. I’ve followed steps from previous posts in order to restore, but that hasn’t resolved the issue. Is this happening for others?

You're not alone — a few users have reported similar issues with missing menstrual health data on the Charge 6. If the usual restore steps haven't worked, here are a few things that might help:

Check the Fitbit app version – Make sure it's fully updated.

Sync your device manually – Sometimes the data takes a while to reload after a sync.

Log out and back into the app – This can refresh your account data.

Check on another device – Try logging into your Fitbit account from a different phone or the web dashboard at fitbit.com to see if the data appears there.

Contact Fitbit Support directly – If the data is gone from both the app and web, they may be able to assist in recovering it.
