Since I got my Luxe a few months ago, it's been stuck on 1 day until menstrual cycle. It has never changed. It shows "1 Day" on my watch face, but the app on my iPad works just fine & accurately shows my menstrual cycle. What's up with that? I've tried everything — erasing data, uninstalling/reinstalling app, restarting watch, repairing my devices, etc.

The same thing is happening to me, charge 5, since the day I got it (it was a replacement to my old one) the devise itself, has been stuck on ‘one day’ till period starts. In app, my tracking and information has been saved, as I log it. I have hard restarted, uninstalled and installed. Nothing works, I was hoping the recent update would help, but no. Hoping can be fixed, super frustrating! Following this thread in hopes to find answers.

@JustWorkPlease @Lilbowow @Jshark This is likely a bug in the most recent firmware update. I submitted a bug report for it, but there hasn't been any resolution yet. It will probably need another update to fix.

There was and update today, still no fix for me sadly. How do you submit a bug report?
