There should be a way to disable or remove “ Female Health” from the dashboard. For most women, this section does not apply for more than 40% of their lives.

If you don't want this tile on your Fitbit app anymore, you can hide it:
Please keep in mind that you can't remove your female health tracking data only from the device, you must remove your data from the Fitbit app to delete the information from your device. Hiding the female health tracking tile from your app dashboard does not delete your female health tracking data from your mobile app or your device.
Give this a go and let me know the outcome.

I want to remove the female health tracking from my Charge 3 because I had to have a hysterectomy and it’s upsetting to see it on my device. I followed the instructions that stated to Edit in the Today tab, then minus next to Female Health, Remove, and Save. Then I deleted the tile from my app. I synced my device, but it still appeared. I restarted my device, but it still appeared. Please advise. Thanks - Kelly
