Also happening to me and I feel your pain having to keeps scrolling as I have nearly worn my finger out scrolling forward from 1967 🤣 Hope it’s sorted soon

Best Answer

Same here. It doesn’t help that the only time I use this feature is when I’m on my period and everything irritates me😡

Best Answer

Exactly! You would think that they would have been able to fix it by now. There’s a bunch of women on their periods attacking them right now ha

Also driving me crazy!! It's been like 2 weeks now. How is it taking this long to fix this? I also don't understand how we haven't gotten an email explaining that the menstrual tracking  calendar is completely screwed up. Some communication would be great!

Of course this happens right as I need the information in the tracker and am having some issues with my cycle. Of course the timing is right now. Rolling my eyes.

But seriously, can you talk to us and tell us when we might see this corrected? Thanks!

Best Answer

This was posted 2 weeks ago and multiple people are affected, FitBit is apparently aware but nothing is happening and no communication has been posted on the previous post for: Calendar not loading today's date by rixxyrikaa

Can you please update us all??

Best Answer

Hi Juan, any update on this issue?? It’s been over 2 weeks since reported..

Best Answer

I see posts going back to March on this. Still no resolution. Widget no longer does predictions for your period, doesn’t show a bar that you can adjust to capture your actual period on the calendar, date has a giant orange box around it. Restarting the app doesn’t work. Restarting the phone (iPhone SE 2020, iOS 14.4.2) doesn’t work. Deleting and redownloading the app doesn’t work. Please advise.

The calendar tracking cycles seems broken. I’m seeing the dates without the color coordinated cycles and it appears to only show me August and beyond. Is anyone else experiencing this? Support is unreachable as I keep getting errors when submitting a ticket.

Same problem here, calendar default  on my DOB. Would appreciate an update.

Best Answer

Yes, mine is showing the year 1978, then had to scroll through all the years to get to 2021.

Best Answer

Yes! Mine has been automatically going to Aug 1997 for at least 2 weeks now. I thought it would eventually fix itself when the app updated. But alas it hasn’t.

Any updates on this? Seems like this should have been remedied a while ago as it is seriously impacting women’s health. This isn’t just an inconvenience. This directly impacts our health, both mentally and physically, and should have been fixed immediately. If you would like us (your female clientele) to keep utilizing your app and your product, I would strongly encourage finding a solution ASAP before many of us find alternative options and you lose our business.

With no update from Fitbit here, I filed a case.  The answer was...

“Thanks for letting us know about this issue. We’re aware of it, but may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future. We'll continue to monitor the situation, and keep our team informed of the impact to you and other customers. We understand that this isn't the resolution you're hoping for, but rest assured we're always working to improve our products.“

Apparently there’s no serious intent to fix this problem. It wasn’t in the last update and doesn’t seem on track for the next and all they’re doing is “monitoring” it. I guess  “At Fitbit, health & fitness come first” is just a marketing lie. So frustrating!

Menstrual Tracker is not working. Anybody else having the same issue?

Best Answer

Well, I was on the fence about getting a new Fitbit or switching over to an Apple Watch. Not anymore. Will not be purchasing another Fitbit due to their response (or rather lack thereof) to this issue.

This issue is still happening to me. are there any fixes for this?
