Hi @alohadawn a moderator posted on the 9th, which was two days ago. They are aware of the issue, but they don't personally fix them. Seriously, Fitbit's got this.

Ummm sorry but their lack of a response would say otherwise. Customer service is a huge part of any successful business, and efficient communication is an integral part of excellent customer service. The lack of a fix and the fact that Fitbit’s moderators are no longer responding to this thread sends a pretty clear message to the female Fitbit user community. So please don’t tell us that “Seriously, Fitbit’s got this” when seriously, they clearly don’t.

The menstrual cycle section on my dashboard is showing the year 1975 and won’t allow me to edit or change my cycle date. Anyone having a similar issue or know how to fix it? I went on the website and that section wasn’t even on there.

My Fitbit says the year is 1990 (my birth date) and I can’t see anywhere to change it. When it syncs it does not change? Any ideas?

Hi everyone!
A few days ago I noticed my calendar was missing all of my tracking data. It’s showing in my insights but the calendar itself is missing all the data and I’m unable to add or edit.
I also noticed that it’s showing 1988 as the year (my birth year).
Anyone else experiencing this?
I tried deleting the app and redownloading and also restarting my phone.
