My calendar is March of 76, not my birth year or anything. Somethings messed up!

Maybe I should tell Fitbit that I didn’t start menstrating until the early 90s, not 1981 which is what my calendar defaults to 😆😆

Since people are still having problems, I thought I’d say again in case anyone missed it that I deleted the Fitbit app and then reinstalled it with no data loss. I know this will not work for everyone but I wanted to reiterate it. By the way I have an iPhone 7 and an Inspire Fitbit device. I suspect that makes a difference.

I also have this problem. It always reverts to 1980. I have to scroll down to the current year. Very frustrating.

Come on Fitbit sort the issue out , it’s been weeks that there’s been an error , there’s no point in offering the service if it’s not working ,,

When I log into the menstrual health feature, the calendar defaults to 1987. I have to scroll all the way to 2021 to see my current entries. This just changed about a couple weeks ago; before that it defaulted to the current date. I have since gotten a new device (went from a Charge 3 to a Charge 4) due to water damage, but the new device has the same issue. How do I fix this?
Thank you,
Carol

You can’t fix it... I just got a new sense and it’s doing it. It’s actually doing it to everyone. Fitbit is aware of the situation and has said that it will be fixed with the update they’re supposed to be coming out with. Which I hope is soon.

How long will it take to resolve this issue. It’s been weeks. Can’t help but think that if this had been part of the app affecting men this would be all over the media! I need it for peri menopause tracking. Others need it for fertility planning. This stuff matters. Please resolve ASAP.

Thanks for acknowledging. In addition to the default year being year of birth, I am unable to edit the predicted dates on my menstrual cycle. This is a new problem this month, it has always worked in the past. The Edit button is just unresponsive. Thanks

What did they do with the calendar for menstrual tracking?? When I open it it starts in 1966! I won’t use it if I have to scroll through 50 plus years to get to the current month! Someone needs to fix this!

I have the same issue, but mine starts in the 1980s. I have scrolled down to the current month once, and a lot of the content looks normal there, but it started me right back at the same date the next time I opened the tracker.

What happened to being able to see historical cycle data? When tracking my cycle it doesn’t give me past dates of when cycle started and ended, I can’t even pull up the current moth! I am able to enter daily stats but that’s it. I’d like to see past and data and see future projections for my cycle.
