Hi - I'm still seeing this issue on 4/26/21. iPhone app is up to date (on a phone using iOS 14.4.2).

I just got an update yeastsrday and it is still doing the same things. Defaulting my birth year, can’t change the length of flow days, etc. This is kinda sad, especially since I PAY to have the premium version and the software doesn’t even work right.

Thank you for making a fix!  And thank you to the person who reported it!  Mine always defaults to my birth year. And that was a really long time ago. 🤭

This is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for a fix. I am guessing this was a decision by a man who does not realize the importance of this.

Haha I just saw the “this is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for a
fix” and was going to respond with well “that’s because the health of those
who menstrate never seem to be a priority in an industry dominated by
males” but you beat me to it! (Well I guess I’m technically wrong since it
always seems to be a top priority amongst males when it comes to what a
person can do with their body for procreation)

So frustrating. My Fitbit needs to be replaced, but as a result of this I am not leaning towards an Apple Watch. I always liked the Fitbit because it holds the charge better, but this has been so frustrating that I am done!

I️ updated the IOS today to 14.5 and the period tracker in the Fitbit App is still not working - it defaults to my birth year still.

My calendar is starting from 1982.

I also have the same issue! It’s really frustrating... and kind of weird because I definitely didn’t have a period the year I was born 😅

Has this been corrected for anyone yet?  Mine is worse after the IOS update of the fitbit app.

I had my Inspired 2 for a while now and it’s starting to load for my day of birth  which was in December 1982. Pryor to now it was loading current and accurate information.

It’s been like this for over a month and no one is fixing it. We get some
really generic comments once in awhile on this message board about how
Fitbit is “looking into it” but no change. Women demographic clearly not
important to Fitbit. People need to post one star reviews on the App Store
for Fitbits app.

Still not fixed.

I have the same problem. My entire period calendar is gone and I have been tracking it for years on the app and now don't have the data I need for my upcoming appointment with my gyn. I wouldn't have updated the app, had I known.
Is there a workaround (maybe on the desktop version) to at least get to past data? I can't find it on the desktop app either, - but maybe there is a trick? Or is there a potential date for the new update. (Just trying to figure out to when to move my gyn appointment).

Thanks!

P.S.: Is there a way of seeing the most recent answers in the chat on top of the chat, rather than seeing the oldest ones and going to page 28 to find the more recent entries? Thanks also for that.

I know what you mean! I literally just updated and bought the Fitbit sense after the past few years using my Fitbit inspire, and now I’m pissed that it’s not working correctly! So frustrating especially seeing so many posts and knowing Fitbit knows it’s an issue and it’s taking way longer than it should to solve the problem!

So mine is finally working correctly. I had three features that weren't working (nutrient info, sleeping heart rate and menstrual tracking) and on the nutrient info thread someone said theirs came back when they searched for the fitbit app in the app store, selected it, and hit update. I thought that it updated automatically but apparently not. After I followed those instructions all three of the non functional features appear to be working correctly again. My calendar opens showing today's date and I can go back to see all of my saved data. The fact that nobody from Fitbit posted this when so many people are having issues is unbelievable. Hope this sorts it out for some of you too!

That’s great! I tried but it’s not showing my app needing an update 😞

I updated my Fitbit app before I made this post, and it’s still showing my
birth year. Glad you got yours to work though. Thanks.--

Is there an ETA of when this is going to get fixed? Seems to be an issue that has been happening for a few months now.
