Glad to see this issue has been fixed now. I looked this morning and the date is today rather than 1969! 😂

My calendar was finally back to normal a few days ago. I didn't reinstall so I assume Fitbit managed to fix the app.

My calendar shows the right year now (was showing my birth year) but it still 'hangs' and looks like it's doing something, so I can't then view or edit anything in the calendar. I've updated my iOS and the app so it appears I've done everything I can for now?

My app is up to date and the period calendar is messed into 2080 and stuck on 1 day until period ends. I can’t access anything.

Thanks so much for looking into this. As of this morning, my calendar is now opening to the current date (yay!). But now I'm having the same issue that CAHope noted: I can't edit or log any info in the calendar. I also use iOS and have had other glitches recently with HR inaccuracies and wonky active zone minute displays. Since I'm experiencing so many quirks and have a brand new Sense (less than a week old) I'm starting to wonder if the problems could be related to some failure to communicate properly with Apple's iOS. Just curious if these problems I've experienced since the latest Fitbit update have been experienced by users who don't access Fitbit data on an Apple device.

Still not working. Fitbit app Update May 1, 2021. App keeps freezing when trying to access female Health Tracking. Last update in April took me back 20+ years in my calendar. Now can’t log anything. Over a month, 2 updates and still it’s not resolved for IOS.

Same here! Can’t do nothing

Hi everyone. Thanks for your current reports about Menstrual Health Tracking tile.

As you have been informed, the issue with the Calendar not defaulting to current year should've been solved with the latest app update (3.41.1). However, I've seen some of you are experiencing crashing issues with the Fitbit app after trying to accessing to the Menstrual Health Tile. With that being said, I'd like you to try the following:

  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date to version 3.41.1.
  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Try accessing to Menstrual Health Tracking tile.

If the issue persists, please sync your Fitbit device to save all your data and then, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

do you have iOS or android phone?

Best Answer

I have iOS. Nothing else is fixed, but yesterday, finally, the menstrual tracking worked. I didn't do anything. I had already tried all of the things they suggest but nothing worked, until like magic, yesterday I opened it and: viola.

And I've had a LOT of problems with my Fitbit over the past 2-3 months and wonder if it's an iOS thing. My husband got so frustrated w the HR, exercise tracking, and syncing issues over the past 2 weeks that he stopped using his Fitbit and got an Apple watch. I'm considering it, too, but I've used Fitbit for a decade and have loved it. And one of the reasons I'm reluctant to leave is that Fitbit doesn't allow you to export menstrual data, apparently and I really rely on that. I hope the menstrual tracking starts working for you again. I don't think Fitbit realizes how important it is to some women.

Hi @mcmorgan7 ,

Unfortunately nothing at all! Support was not much help.. they told me to get the app updated, which it is. Does not open when I click. I tried everything too, uninstalling, restarting phone, logout and login. It is very disappointing

Fortunately, my calendar was finally back to normal. The most important thing is that everything is normal with health Certificates in the application will be fixed up. Some months ago, we met with my boyfriend about the problems of sexual dysfunctions and erectile difficulties. Indeed, it is challenging to treat and hard to take. I hope we will overcome this. We do everything possible. He even ordered a GAINSWave for home use and maks procedures every day. Honestly, when we put on you to forget about all other problems.
