Thanks so much! It worked!

Thanks - this issue is so annoying is there anyway Fitbit can fix it sooner? We have enough to worry about when it comes to our reproductive health

The Menstrual Health Calendar on my Fitbit app is set to Aug/Sept1980??? My birth year. There doesn’t seem to be anyway to change it which is so annoying as I’ve no idea how I’m supposed to log properly. When is the App update going to be ready?

I have IOS 14.4.2 as the last update. I’m having the same issues with my birth year showing in the menstrual cycle tracker. It is so aggravating. When is the next IOS update?

I had this issue too and now I downloaded the update from a week ago and have no calendar at all

This is what mine is doing. Frustrating to have to scroll through 38 years to edit my current period. 🤦🏼‍:female_sign:

Any news when this will be getting fixed? It’s so irritating having to scroll from 1976 every time I want to check anything. 🥱 this issue has been going on for a while now... come on fitbit!

Hi,

Just wondering whether there’s an update on the menstrual calendar fix, mines not been working properly for weeks now? It stuck on a calendar that says Jun74 etc and won’t let me update it? I know you said you are working on a fix but I haven’t seen any app updates yet?

Thanks for your help. 😀

Hi, is there a fix for this yet? I see this thread is weeks old. My period tracker is also defaulting to my birth year...

I just updated the app to fix this issue. And now it has deleted all previously entered tracking. Which I was using as a log for my doctor. I’m so upset I could cry.

That’s terrible. So sorry.

I can’t use it all now. It just freezes when I try to scroll to the current year

It really doesn’t look good that this is the one fix they have ignored.

Best Answer

Oh no. I hadn’t tried making any changes or notations. And now I see that it freezes! Oh no. Not working at all. Oh no.

When is this taking place?

My account starts on my birthday

Not only does my menstrual tracker default to my birth year, it has lost ALL of my data since I got my fitbit in 2016.  It's really not good enough - do fitbit not realise how many women rely on this app?  Had I known that the service would be this flaky I would have looked elsewhere.  I'm extremely unhappy about the length of time it is taking them to fix this

I need my cycle data for fertility treatment. I had the issue that I had to scroll, but now that whole part of the app just crashes and I can't find any data I have previously put in. I thought if I logged in on my laptop I might be able to find it, but it seems that data is completely lost. Upset and disappointed.

Lord, yes!  Mine's stuck in 1974... really wish I could use this tracker.
