The Fitbit app is trash and their customer service is even worse. No communication and they don't seem to care about resolving the numerous glitches that were caused by the last update. I just bought a new tracker but this is the last one I buy. I'll be transitioning to a new app in the meantime because this one is essentially useless at this point.

I’m probably pregnant now thanks to this issue! I relied on this bracelet thing while in the dark I could just tap it and see if my husband needed to use a protection or not but now I have no idea so....

This software is obviously managed by a bunch of dudes who don’t have to rely on a watch/app to justify PMS fits and meltdowns.
MEN: please fix this now!!!!!

Yep, same here except mine is 1998. I’m also having other issues that started around the same time such as a fitbit coach workout now showing up as logged, and my sleeping heart rate data not appearing despite being able to see my heart rate was tracked throughout the night under the regular heart rate data.

Still no fix? We’ve been putting up with the defect for a couple of weeks now.

So if I were to work around this bug by setting my birth year to 2021, how many other features would I break?

I am getting this as well, born in 1977 so it’s a lot of scrolling! Along with the restoration heart rate graph not working I’m getting very frustrated with Fitbit premium which I paid a decent amount of money for.

Synced data from Fitbit app with MyFitnessPal this morning, and noticed that I can’t make any edits to the period calendar within the Fitbit app. It also reverts back to May 1995 when I open it, and blocks out the edit tab in red at the bottom of the screen. My periods are very irregular, so I rely on using this feature to keep track as best as I can. Please help!

I’ve just done an online chat which was absolutely useless. The guy just said ‘it might be fixed in the next version of the app’ but they have ‘no eta of when that will be’. Appalling customer service @Fitbit

Any update on this issue? It’s been weeks and the calendar still defaults to your birth month and year
