@JuanFitbit please please please can we have some actual engagement from Fitbit on this. There are hundreds of posts now and nothing from Fitbit for ages. Surely you have some idea of when this should be fixed. There are so many glitches on the app at the moment for paying customers.

Is there any update on the problem as it didnt use to happen before only last month or so?

Best Answer
Actually, now that you mention it- I’ve also seen the sharp decrease in
battery life at the same time as the female health tracker not working.

Hello,

When I tried to log my cycle on the iOS app today, I couldn’t scroll up to see my past cycles and I wasn’t able to add my current cycle. I’ve tried logging out and back in. I’ve even deleted and re-installed the app. What should I do next? Thank you.

I agree. I pay for premium also with several glitches. This calendar issue needs to be fixed and why is Fitbit not responding at all.

Hi everyone. I totally understand how you feel about the calendar since it went back to 1980's. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums. Please let me know what is the model and brand of your phones. If possible, provide a screenshot of the issue.

In the meantime, make sure that your phones have the most recent Fitbit app version installed.

See you guys around.

Because of this, I tracked a period in the wrong year and can’t delete it now. It no longer shows in my calendar to delete, but shows in my trends.  Any thoughts?  I really don’t want to wipe my data and start over.

Hi I have a iPhone 7 and Fitbit charge 3. I have the latest updated version of the app also. Fitbit customer support have acknowledged my email saying that they are aware of the issue and are currently trying to get it resolved.

50 years is a lot of **ahem**ing scrolling. 😋 At least start when I turned like 11 or something. First world problems.

How frustrating! This seems to be the answer to every issue...and frequently it has been an issue for quite some time and never seems to make it into the "fix." My Inspire 2 brings up my cycle starting literally the day I was born. I'm 55 years old. I have to scroll through 55 years to get to the current date.

And I still can't turn off the stinkin' notifications from my google calendar. Apple watch is looking more worth it every day.

@JuanJoFitbit  here you go with the details

using a 2018 bought Charge 3 running on Fitbit app version 3.40.1 , with a 2020 bought iPhone 12 Pro Max running on iOS 14.4.2. . Can’t see where to attach  screenshots for you , let us if we can email them somewhere

Hope you can get this sorted for us 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Same. It worked fine, now it says it’s 1976. It’s useless. And I can’t seem to find a fix anywhere
