Glad to hear it’s going to be resolved as it took me a sec to figure out what was going on...but I wonder when the next ios update will be out. Seems odd we have to wait for to update before it can be fixed 🤷‍:female_sign:

Glad to hear you recognize this problem. I like the period tracker and predictor and will be glad when it’s fixed.

Yes, I opened the menstrual calendar today and discovered the calendar starts the week of my birthdate, December 1970!  Everything else looks normal.

My Fitbit inspire watch says my period is due in 3 days, the app on my phone says my period ends in 3 days.

on the app, it says my cycle lasts 33 days even though it’s set to 31, it still shows 33 on the calendar although in the setting i can see it’s set to 31. I have tried to the fixes of turning it off and on again as well as changing the predictions off and on, obviously it syncs every day and my app is the latest version.

Anyone have any fixes for this as it’s actually really frustrating while trying to track your fertility. What’s the point in offering a service if it doesn’t work correctly at all? TIA

I just discovered recently that there's a weird problem with the menstrual health tracking calendar inside the Fitbit app. When I clicked into the calendar, it bounced back to the month and the year which I was born. 😮😂 This is the first time I ever came across this issue.

Shouldn't the calendar be showing the current month and year (April 2021)?

Are there any solutions for that? Thank you.😊

along with the heart rate graph not working now the female cycle colander is messed up.
It gave me a notification that I was supposed to start a cycle (not true) I went to check so I could fix it, it was all the way back to Oct 83 and will not allow me to fix anything. We pay a lot of $ for these devices to keep having stupid issues.

I believe the calendar resets to the user’s birth year as mine is set to 1968. I have the Charge 4 and use an IPhone SE 2020 model.

Nothing is showing up on my calendar.    There is something wrong with this app because i'm also have issues with the Heart Rate graph.

I have to wonder if my issue of the app thinking my period is 35 days long instead of 28 is also connecting to this. It's been an intermittent thing off and on the last couple months

Hi.

I just want to mention, as a possible fix, that deleting the app, restarting phone, re-installing the app, and logging in seems to have fixed the calendar problem for me. This came from a tip/fix from a user in the "sleep tile causes app to crash" thread elsewhere.

I just did this, and the calendar defaulted to today and the "today" date on the lower left is no longer in an orange box.

I'm going to throw out there that the original download of the FitBit app didn't require any login/password/joining. One just synced a device and you were on your way. Only coming here and using the dashboard on the site required a login/password.

Could that underlying change to the app, which was not somehow grandfathered in, be the underlying problem with everyone's connection from the app to the server? If so, why has it not been addressed, by basically logging everyone out and making them log back in?

My period predictions are not displaying in the calendar anymore.  Seems like I am not the only one.  My used to be very accurate (to the day).  Hopefully we can get this fixed soon.  In the meantime, has anyone figured out a way to fix this?

Hmm, I looked for an update last night and just now again. I have automatic updates turned on so, unfortunately, I will still be scrolling away.

It's an issue that they're aware of and will be fixed in the next update. It's gonna drive me up a wall crazy until then, though 😂
