Mine is still my birth year. I’ve closed app and reopened. Checked setting is on auto background app refresh. Any suggestions?

There’s no update waiting for me in apps and the last Fitbit update was 6 April. My iOS is up to date.

Delete the app and then reinstall it, that worked for mine.

Do try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It worked for me. All you have to do is sign back in and everything will still be there.

Today when I went to check my period data, the calendar was showing in 1992!!!
No idea why but then checking there’s a logged info from March 22, 1992 until November 24, 1992 as a one full circle. Of course this gives a crazy algorithm to my menstrual cycle!!
Worst of it, it doesn’t appear in the calendar and I’ve tried to delete it and it’s impossible
What can I do??? Whenever I enter it shows me the calendar back to 1992! It doesn’t show me today’s calendar (I have to scroll for a while until I get to today’s date but then it will go back again to 1992...)
Help please

Hello, I’ve just gone to log details & my calendar is incorrect.
I updated the app 8/4/21. Is there still an update expected or did this happen on the 8th?

I’m still having this issue. When is the update due?

And you were born in1995- those of us from the 70’s are feeling like we’re on the Price is Right spinning that big wheel for a loooong time!!! 😂

I have this issue to. The calendar always defaults back to my birth year. Having to scroll through 34 years of months to get to the present makes the tracking feature absolutely unuseable.

Hi! Once the fix is complete, would you please post instructions for deleting any periods we added by mistake? I *might* have added one in the 1970’s 🤦🏼:female_sign:
thanks!!

When exactly are they updating this feature? It’s been defaulting to the year I was born. I have to manually scroll down 45 years to log my period! If they don’t do that soon, I will be menopausal and unable to log!

Like someone else said earlier today, I was also able to fix this by deleting and reinstalling the app. Hope that works for others.

The issue with my calendar starting at my birth month and year seems to be fixed. There was an update 4 days ago so I hope it’s going to stay this way now. I know a lot of you were seeing the same thing. Make sure you update and check it again.

My app is also defaulting to 1969!!! ( Birth year.) I hope it’s corrected soon. I use this not so much for menstrual cycle but a headache tracker for my PCP.

Try deleting the app and re-installing it. It has fixed the issue for me.
