I updated the menstrual health on the fitbit app, but it will not update on the Luxe. I've synced multiple times and restarted the Luxe but it still has not updated on the Luxe. So the app and the Luxe are different. Any tips to get it fixed?

I just bought Luxe. Everything is fine except this menstrual health tracking feature. It doesn't appeared to show the right info here either...
