Fitbit NEEDS to fix this finally! Has been an ongoing issue for far too long. Extremely inconsistent thus unreliable! Very frustrating for all customers who have trusted & committed to fitbit but being let down by lack of simple tech fixes. Also, for those utilizing Premium services, this is more unacceptable. The menstrual health is a big selling point for me so to have a BRAND NEW Android, fully updated app & BRAND NEW SENSE tracker (also the smart scale), it is disheartening to know that with these upgrades the menstrual health recording issues still persist! Not money well spent and SHAME on fitbit, who have the resources & ability to fix, to not have this solved after YEARS of reports!
