Menstrual Health tracker

Is there a way to revert back to the older version of the menstrual tracker. I had an update today and it is awful. It doesn't show you the full month, tell you what day of you cycle it is and no option to add when ovulation actually is. It just assumes everyone ovulated mid cycle. I see no option to add symptoms. Please allow us to revert back to the old version.

Fitbits just seems to be getting worse, First the clock face, then Spotify, the dashboard and now this

Couldn't agree more! The scrolling was very good for following my cycle - impossible with the month-by-month view. Change it back please!

I'm so glad that I'm not the only person who is absolutely livid! I don't even know what they were thinking!I almost cried when I saw it. I had been using this to track my period for a while and now I can't even figure out where to put new data or search old data. As well, the fact that it is a calendar month at a time makes me wonder if there was anyone in the design process who had ever had a menstrual cycle (and the days of the week on the bottom feels like it was a decision to just be mean).

I'm staring at it, almost crying, trying to decide what to do. I don't even know what it's saying..I want the old,  fillable, scrollable one back

I don't mind change,  but this isn't an upgrade: it's an insult.

Feels like they are ignoring this thread. I will try and start a new feature request and will add the link here and will be a matter of reiterating all our thoughts there and voting.

Will also see if there is a complaints process anywhere. It is ridiculous they are not listening to their user base.

Agreed. It's an awful update. It's now harder to track anything.

Yes! Scrollable calendar and able to see a small pop-up of symptoms on calendar upon selecting a day like we used to. It's much easier to track trends. This update has me looking for a new app to use.

Agreed! The new changes are completely awful. It doesn't show my symptoms on the calendar before my actual period. I've been logging my symptoms for my doctor so she'll actually believe that something is wrong. All of my data from the last 4 years all the more difficult to consolidate.

Yes, after a series of increasingly awful "updates."

Agreed the new changes render the feature unfit for purpose. I'm now having to explore other others (and going back to writing it down on a notepad!)

Voted on a previous feature request that got deleted... Hoping this one doesn't get removed as well as there are a lot of disgruntled ladies talking about this in the community.

Issues with the new UI

1. Can only see calendar month. No one has a cycle that fits perfectly within a calendar month making this view useless. It need to be how it was before ie when could scroll up and down between months.

2. Can no longer click on a day to see what day of the cycle it is. Now would need to manually count. Why remove something so useful?

3. No way of adding ovulation

4. People are complaining in the community about lost data

5. Dates where symptoms are logged are no longer distinguishable by a dot on the calendar view

6. Cannot edit cycle by simply holding down and editing

7. UI is substantially more poor than previous. It's not aesthetically pleasing at all

8. The UX is dreadful. You have taken what was a very easy to navigate period tracker and made it cumbersome and clunky. It's extremely hard to navigate now

Women in the community are asking if any women were involved in this redesign.... We think not! Not a good look for Fitbit.

Please heed the call and bring back the earlier version. Please don't say you can't roll back (which one women got back as an email response which is shocking) as I work in software and know it's 100% possible.

Ditto @Joby1982

You've changed so much of the app, and for the worse.  This new update makes the feature unfit for its purpose.

Thank you @Jsrdavis 🙌🏻Feature requests are meant to get in front of the Fitbit team but the last one got deleted so we will see how long they keep this one up 🙏. Let's hope they listen else I feel a lot of ladies will be changing app

Please bring the scrollable calendar back and revert back to the old features. The new changes only frustrates us more and more. It's not an upgrade but a hassle to deal with now.

Agree please bring back the old version I have lost access to all of my information which is helpful to provide history to my doctor this new version I can't see how many days or add info it is not user friendly  at all. I will now have to find another tracker as this is now worthless

I agree 100% with @Joby1982

The change have made the tracker completely useless for me. Especially the fact that I can't see what day in my cycle I am on, and have to switch back and forth between days to manually count where I am in my cycle.

I have 6 years of data that has become impossible to read and it is harder to track my ovulation.

I have always loved the tracker, cause I had all my health info in the Fitbit app. But if the tracker doesn't get an update soon, I have no choice but to switch to another one. Very disappointing update, and I have a feeling that no one in the dev/UI/UX team has ever used a menstrual tracker.

Please take our feedback seriously, Fitbit.

This reply feels incredibly condescending. None of our feedback is taken seriously and you ignored half of our complaints. Why can't I see what day it is in my cycle?

This isn't about some "whiney women" not liking change, this is about you guys making the app we've used happily for years to track our reproductive health completely unusable!

Totally agree. The old format was just so easy and user friendly. With this one you have to go back or forward and then count the weeks because it's not there on the same screen and then you forget and have to start again. It's a curious change to make. Is there a single benefit to this new format?
