I keep getting the following message (picture below) which stops me getting into the menstrual health app when on my phone - I’ve tried restarting my phone, disconnecting from the wifi, turned the ‘background app refresh’ on and off and turning the phone on and off (I’ve read through all the posts with suggestions and followed the instructions of where others have had wifi issues)…I’ve got the latest IOS on the phone etc and I am connected to the internet so I’m just totally frustrated that I keep getting this notification- has anyone else had the same problem and managed to get into the app?

I created a new Fitbit account with a different email address and now it works - it’s a shame as I lost the data from my previous account but at least I can use the app now.

You’re not alone! I do have another tracker I use specifically for this but I thought maybe I would incorporate the device info as well but nope! Doesn’t work.
