Menstrual health tracker constantly changing

My tracker keeps changing the days of my last and next period and will not keep the updated dates I try to submit. It has gotten itself so jumbled between last period, this cycles ovulation period, and next period that it can no longer make cycle predictions

For the last month as soon as a "period" is over, the tracker begins a new one and deletes the complete one, but when I try to edit, it says "no period logged."
