Menstrual health tracking in not appearing on my Charge 4

Hello,

I have a Charge 4. Previously I was able to get my menstrual health to appear on my watch, but since I had to get a new one it is not appearing. When I go to add the app to the watch (like adding the weather and exercise apps) it does not even appear as an option to add it. It appears on the main screen of the app. If I could get some help I would be grateful. Thanks!
