  • I have been logging information such as flow and symptoms in the menstrual health section of the app for the past 2-3 years. I recently went to go add some more information and I saw that everything I have put in for the past couple years has disappeared and it won't let me add anything new either. Is there any way to get all of my information back? Tracking symptoms is quite important to me. Has this happened to anyone else?

I've found that mine stopped letting me move a period that hasn't started yet so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now all my periods have disappeared from it so a similar issue. Very annoying when you rely on it to track these things!
