So yesterday morning I was (once again) unable to change the start date for my period. The last time this happened it was solved by uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. I tried that. I was then locked out of my fitbit app for 2 hours due to I am not sure what. Then when I was finally able to get back into the fitbit app the mentrual health tracker now shows no data when I open it. the tile on the first page of the app says where I am in my cycle like it usually does, but when I click on the tile, the calender that usually shows past periods and fertile windows and future expected periods is all blank.
