Mentstrual Health stuck on 1 day until

Since my last cycle my tracker hss been stuck on 1day until. Super frustrating since I do cyclical eating for my hormones and I need to know what day I'm on to know what stage I'm in! Tried all the resets n reboots, let it die, turned on n off menstrual tracking...and now it's not displaying sleep or sleep score either, it disappears!!! Sent a complaint to customer care, but haven't got a reply yet.

I think this has been going on for a while now because originally I googled the sleep and sleep score and nothing was popping up, but then I googled menstrual health not updating and it seems everyone has been having this issue from at least the start of this year?? 

Please fix Fitbit! It's going on with several of your devices and I really would like to be able to see this info at a glance!

Same. It's been like this for ages, and it was one of my main reasons for getting a Fitbit in the first place. There's no reason the menstrual tracking shouldn't sync when everything else does. It's inexcusable, and the customer service is garbage. I can't imagine paying a monthly fee to be rerouted to an unmonitored message board.

If you purchased it less than 1 year ago reach out to customer support and ask for a replacement. They sent me one because it’s a know issue with the firmware. Do NOT update the firmware if they send you a replacement.
