Can you please add “weepy” or “Emotional” to the mood section in Menstural tracking, or even perhaps the option to create 1 or 2 of our own symptoms? “Sad” isn’t quite what I need as my spontaneous tears aren’t always because I’m feeling down.
This feature would very much help me gain insight into whether I might be perimenopausal and help me get the right treatment asap.

Regular exercise often reduces premenstrual symptoms. Cutting back on caffeine, avoiding alcohol and stopping smoking may ease symptoms, too. Getting enough sleep and using relaxation techniques, such as mindfulness, meditation and yoga, also may help.
