There needs to be options under female health to report symptoms of back pain, swelling body parts such as ankles, wrists and feet, constipation, and diarrhea.

You have a really good point there, thanks for sharing your suggestion. I would like to encourage you to vote and share your opinion posting a comment in this request that was already suggested here: Female Health Tracking - Add personalized conditions or symptoms to cycle. Members of the Community can post new ideas in this board so they can be implemented in a future updates, this is a great way to make your voice heard.
