Some general feedback. I’m struggling to log the fact that my period is late. I’ve recently started using a fitbit and it’s predicting my period, I have no option to select ‘I haven’t started my period yet’ or something when it tells me it’s the predicted time. An easy ‘late period’ button or something would make this period tracking function a lot better.
I also think it would be really valuable for fitbit to take period cycle into account when tuning readiness score. Am I really ready for an intense workout the day before my period starts? No, and I want to throw the watch across the room when it tells me that I am. A person’s cycle has a massive impact on energy levels, appetite, mood etc.
This device would be much more valuable for people with periods if it took the data we’re inputting (or struggling to input because of the poor app design) into account when tuning readiness score and suggestion workouts. My cycle is probably the biggest thing that impacts how much exercise I do.
Right now it definitely feels like this watch and app was designed by all men.
