My predicted cycle is way off

I received a Versa this past Christmas and needed to edit (shorten) my cycle length. Instead of adjusting it to a shorter month to 25 days and it extended it to 40. It will not budge. The only thing that "worked" to get it closer to my real range was changing the cycle length to 11 days. The absolute minimum cycle length Fitbit allows.

I already forced stop, logged put, restarted and uninstalled app.

Can anyone help? Am I missing a step?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @TautoroHard! Thanks for explaining what happened to you and for trying those steps. As suggested, try doing the following:

  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date
  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app

Once you've done that, try going to Settings in the top right corner. It should bring up the option to remove "predictions". Turn it off, set cycle length again then turn predictions back on.

I'll be around, keep me in the loop!

Hello and thank you for your email re: my fitbit. I've tried the steps in
the email to reset my fitbit but my predicted cycle is still incorrect. I
changed cycle length to 25 but my fitbit is stuck on 39.

Any other suggestions?
Regards,

Nice to see you again @LSOwen5!

Thanks for trying those steps. Sorry to hear that you're still having those issues. I'd like to see the last periods that you've logged before, can you add an screen shot please? I was thinking on going back at least 2 months and log 2 periods with that length to see if predictions change, since the Fitbit App uses the information that you log in order to have more accurate predictions.

You can give it a try and let me know.
