Hi,
I had this problem for a month now. If I try to access the menstrual health section of the fitbit app, the app just closes. The prediction still shows on the main app page, but I can open it and can't log anything anymore.
I have tried:
- disinstalling the app
- checking for updates
- switching off and on the predictions from settings
What could fix it?

Hi @DaisyG88 ,
Just a few minor things:
1.) You posted this in the Sense 2 forum. While it's great that you reached out and were able to tell us the correct device, your issue has nothing to do with the device and everything to do with the function of the app, specifically the Menstrual Tracking. I will move your post to that forum for now, but in the future, please be more cognizant of where you post your questions.
2.) Maybe this is me being a bit nit-picky, but you don't "deinstall" an app, you "uninstall" an app.
Apart from that, please confirm if you have the latest version of the app and which OS you're using.

I would try installing firmware versions on the phone. Currently, the Android update should be Android 15 and it should be 4.38 for the Fitbit app.
