I was surprised when this appeared with the update as I have a charge 2 and I thought this was only going to be for the fancy new watches. So thank you for that. Having had a quick look I thought maybe I could use it to track my migraine attacks to see if there was a food tie in that I wasn't already aware of or something in my sleep pattern.
The thing is I am over 60 and the primary function does not allow me to enter a zero for my nonexistent period.
Would it be possible in the future for us non-fertile ladies and possibly any men who want to calender track something health related to have this option?
I probably would have had a field day with this in my youth but that was long ago and far away from now.(forlorn sigh)

A warm welcome to the Community @Lilbiddy! I've moved your post to this board because it's more related to the topic. Yes, Female health feature is working for all females and doesn't matter the tracker or watch you're using. The only characteristic is that you will have this feature on your watch if you have an Ionic or Versa.
Your feedback is appreciated and Fitbit is always looking to improve every feature that's implemented, so this can help all of our users. I've found an idea in our Feature Suggestion board that you may want to vote for it Change "Female Health Tracking" to "Menstrual Health Tracking". Those are viewed by our engineers and developers and the status will change based on Fitbit's plans.
Hope this helps!
