My period data is missing from my iPhone app. I have removed and reinstalled it and have version 3.88. I also cannot find my data on the website. I have read through a variety of threads and seen this is a occasional issue. Prior to last week's app update, I had access to my data. Did something change in the app?
Best AnswerEvery time there is an update, it messes up my period tracking. Now it is on my phone but not on my watch, and the option to add it to the watch does not exist in the settings. I keep searching the forum for solutions and I see that this stuff has been going on for YEARS. I spent an hour trying all sorts of reboots and nothing works. Why so little attention to this important component of women's health?
