Period data not saving

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My previous period data has disappeared from my Fitbit app this month. I am not even able to save my current cycle dates. I enter, it saves but disappears again and it is not editing the updated cycle dates. Any one faced this recently? I am using an iPhone XR. Please suggest how to fix it as I use it very frequently.

The month has a year by it which means it’s Jan 89 is January 1989 you have to keep scrolling for ever to get to the correct date where your data is actually stored

Oh yes. You are right. I scrolled down and found it. Thank you so much.
However I am still having issues saving my current data. It is deleting
everytime I try to save it. --

Hello @AnshuJaisinghan, @Nmmalone. Welcome to the community forums. @Nmmalone Thanks for your great input!

I'm glad to hear that one of your inquiries was resolved by following the instructions provided by @Nmmalone

Now regarding the periods that are not saving, please confirm if you have predictions turned on, confirm the correct predictions and also make sure that the Fitbit App for your mobile device is up to date

On a side note, I've moved your post to another board to keep our forums organized.

Hope this helps.
