I’ve been using the period tracker on Fitbit for years with no problems.
Since getting a new device, for some reason on the date my period is due to end, I get a notification to say that my period is starting…When I go into Fitbit, it’s deleted the whole time I’ve been ‘on’ and restarted it from todays date. This is really frustrating as I can’t always remember what day it was I started as I use FitBit to remember and track my cycles.
Can anyone help?
The tracker is very accurate in telling me when I’ll start but I cannot understand why it deletes that and starts again 5 or however many days later.
