Period predictor stuck on view only

Anyone know how to fix the view only mode on period predictor? I keep accepting the term but nothing happens.

Okay I thought something was wrong with mine. Mine is doing the same thing. All of a sudden in view only mode and you can’t change it and gives you some info on it and push on I Agree and it does nothing. Maybe it’s a glitch and they'll fix tonight?

Ugh I’m on day 2 and it won’t let me add my details from today but I was able to last night. And I haven’t updated the app in the last couple days and it doesn’t show an update is available. I’m sooo annoyed hopefully it fixes soon!

I’m having the same problem too. My period is irregular and but usually 5 days only and this month it’s not only 5 days but is 7 days.  I can’t edit , log or made any changes on it. I’m so stuck here with view mode only even if you click I agree still doesn't change anything! I’m using fitbit versa 2 watch and they only use this app. I’m so annoyed.

Hi I’m hoping someone might be able to help, I’ve just had my period finish sooner than expected so went to edit it and found it now says “View only mode” - I’m unable to edit the length of my period. I clicked where it says view only mode and a prompt to agree to “Allow the menstrual health feature to use your data for cycle tracking and predictions” appeared so I clicked agree, and it just took me back out of the tracker. Tried again… and again… I have done this a dozen times now and it just keeps popping up over and over again, no matter how many times I click “I agree”. It also won’t allow me to turn on period predictions, fertility predictions, or turn on notifications for predictions. It all just triggers the agreement page where I click “I agree” every single time and then it exits the tracker and it’s still in view only mode with all options switched off.

I’m on iOS and I’ve tried to have a look in my native settings and also within the Health app to see if it’s a permissions issue there but not found anything. Thanks in advance for any help!!

I can here to ask the same question. I thought it was a problem I had caused but clearly not if others are experiencing it. So frustrating

No support anywhere on the internet about acknowledgment of the problem or anything.  This is literally the worst thing to go wrong on the thing.  It literally affects no one if you don’t know some stuff but periods is kind of a big deal.

I am having the exact same issue. Couple of days ago it was fine, it only started happening this morning. Also have the message to Allow for tracking, but when I ‘agree’ it just takes me back to the beginning without any changes. There are period health settings in top right hand corner once you are in the ‘menstrual health’ section and normally I would be able to toggle on ‘period predictions’, but for some reason it is switched off, and when I try to toggle it on it kicks me out to the main screen again. Anyone is able to advise what the problem is?

Im also having the same issue, it’s something I use daily as the predictions are spot on for me. If anyone gets a fix please let me know 🙏🏼

I contacted Fitbit Support. This is their reply: "We are aware of the situation and regret that we cannot offer an immediate solution at this time. However, your feedback is very valuable and will be forwarded to our development team so they can assess the impact on you and other users."

Same things happening to me and it’s rather frustrating. I don’t have any other health apps that could be interfering like from past chats and I’ve undownloaded and redownloaded the app a couple times.
