Period predition still not working

I've seen numerous posts about this but I still can't get the period prediction to work.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've logged several periods already, I turned period and fertility predictions off and on again, and I've only  ever had this on Fitbit.  I am using an android  and have app version 3.23.

 

Does anyone have any other suggestions?
