Period tracker not saving daily symptoms

My period time saves, however the daily symtoms do not save. I have restarted,  uninstalled and re installed and still having the issue. Please help

I am having this problem too on an android phone. The app is up to date. I have logged out and back in. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and restarted my phone multiple times. In short, the tips they provided on this topic previously and nothing is working.

No progress and no response from FitBit yet either.
