Did you ever receive a response on this. I'm having the same issue with my Inspire 3. Everything is correct and syncing properly from the app to the watch except for period tracking. It is incredibly frustrating. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting, disabling and changimg settings, basically everything that was suggested back in 2018 when this was a problem and nothing.

Best AnswerI never received a response. I managed to get it reset myself. I logged out of the app, removed the app from my phone, and forgot the device through my Bluetooth. I shut down the device and connected it to the charger. I let it recharge, even though it wasn't too low. I then added the app back and went through the setup actions to reconnect to my phone. That seemed to work. Unfortunately, I've had to do the Bluetooth disconnect/connect since then because I was having issues receiving messages on my device. Good luck!
