Period tracker not working again

Period tracker is back to not working again. This happened in August too. I've reset everything, restarted everything, uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing works. So frustrating!

Did you ever receive a response on this. I'm having the same issue with my Inspire 3. Everything is correct and syncing properly from the app to the watch except for period tracking. It is incredibly frustrating. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting, disabling and changimg settings, basically everything that was suggested back in 2018 when this was a problem and nothing.

Can someone please fix this issue

I never received a response. I managed to get it reset myself. I logged out of the app, removed the app from my phone, and forgot the device through my Bluetooth. I shut down the device and connected it to the charger. I let it recharge, even though it wasn't too low. I then added the app back and went through the setup actions to reconnect to my phone. That seemed to work. Unfortunately, I've had to do the Bluetooth disconnect/connect since then because I was having issues receiving messages on my device. Good luck!

I never did hear back. I ended up shutting down my Fitbit for the day and
removing it from my connected Bluetooth options. Logged out and removed the
app from my phone and then added it back the next day. I guess it was
enough for that to reset. I charged my watch and I'm not sure if that was
part of the resetting process or not. I definitely think removing it from
Bluetooth helped because I had issues receiving messages and went through
the remove and re-add Bluetooth and it resolved.

Good luck!
